| Registration Policy: Pre-registration is required for all courses. We encourage students to register at least two weeks prior to the start of their course. Payment by Cash, Cheque, Charge (Visa, MasterCard) accepted. A nonrefundable deposit of 25% of the course fee (excluding supply fee) is required at registration. This fee is applied to your tuition total. Full payment must be made one week prior to course start. GST is not charged on OSA courses. Register early to avoid disappointment, some courses are cancelled due to lack of early enrollment while others fill quickly. A $5 membership is included in each course registration fee.
Refund Policy: There are no refunds on course deposits. If a student withdraws from a course, the fee less the deposit will be refunded. Full refunds are granted if a course is cancelled or in extraordinary circumstances.
Cancellation Policy: OSA reserves the right to cancel courses for which there are insufficient registrations. In such a case, all fees paid for the cancelled course will be refunded.
Bursary/Scholarships: Deadline for application is June 21. Download a printable form from the website or call the office to have one sent to you. If applying, you must include the completed bursary or scholarship form with your registration form.
