Rick Cepella

Rick Cepella is a cartoonist, painter and illustrator. His art has appeared in most major Canadian newspapers including the Ottawa Citizen, Toronto Star, Vancouver Sun and the National Post and has won several national and international awards. Rick has been an art instructor for over 20 years and has taught at the Kootenay School of Art, Okanagan School of the Arts, Selkirk College, the Ottawa School of Art and others. Rick is an accomplished landscape artist whose bold acrylics convey his love for expressive paint handling and the beauties of the back country. His political art is in the permanent collection of the national Archives of Canada, his paintings are in collections throughout North America.
